TCP/IP done installer not working.

I want to Ethernet Modbus PLC control method. In addition I have done the program works. Exe installer to take this program after making tray, this program does not work on another computer. So I can not connect with the PLC.Please help.

Are you including the neccesary Run Time Engines for your project? Also, what operating systems are the computers running?
