TDMS file not Defragmentable

Hello everyone,

I have an issue while defragmenting a specific TDMS file :

 - Defrag never ends

 - There are no errors going out of the TDMS Defrag

 - The file opens with no problem in Diadem

 - You can find this file shared in "WeTransfer" there : https://we.tl/t-HTJByZr6F0

I acquire data daily on my Bench, it's been going on for almost two years now. Daily, at midnight, the saved data in the bench is defragmented then is transferred to our network. It has always been fine until some days ago for only this particular file.

Would you know what could be the cause of this problem?

Hi again,

I have a new TMDS file which has the same problem, if this helps the raw TDMS weights 184Mo.

I've launched the "TMDS Display Defragmentation" example with both of my bugged TDM and the defragmentation seems to be working fine (up to 100.003%)

Once it achieved this value, the defragmentation stops, the VI does not go past the "TDMS Defrag", as you can see here :

After half an hour, the VI is still running and is still using my Disk on 1.4 Mo/sec.

Has anyone encountered the same problem before?
