I have tried plugging in the USB to Crio which shows up as drive U and I tried to save the TDMS to the file path as:  /U/TDMS/tdms

The Open/Create TDMS will not create the folder structure.  Make sure the folder you want to save your data to is already there.  What I do is go ahead and try to create the directory (Create Folder) and then use Clear Error to ignore error code 10 (Duplicate Path, thrown if the folder is already there).

I can't find any of the Crio folders on the USB conected. I don't know if that is the way how you locate a file in Crio or I came across copy and pasting the IP address in the web browser where it then asks for username and password after typing both NI and computer username and password it says incorrect.

If i simply create a text file still doesn't work. The problem is to locate the file created. If that makes sense?

If you can refer to the files attached.

It is not just this code. Even if i create a simple text file i'll still not be able to locate it with Crio. But on disconnecting Crio I am able to locate any file created.

In MAX you should be able to right-click on the RIO and select "File Transfer".

The default user for a RIO is admin with no password.

You should be able to view the files using File Explorer in Windows.
