TROUBLE READING OMEGA TRANDUCER PX409-015CGI

Hello everyone,

 

I'm having trouble to read this pressure transducer in labview. NI 9232 is connected with the pressure transducer by using crio9074

Really need help to solve this

Which trouble(s) do you have?

How can we help when all we get is an image of your hardware on a bench?

unfortunately you didn't attach the project file.

(And also unfortunately I'm stuck at LV2017, so it would be fine to downconvert before attaching the whole project!)

Please explain the connection between the sensor and module. What type of output does the sensor have, and what type of input did you connect it to?

output: mA

input: measure air pressure of a normal room

hwo do you supply that sensor?

Did you read the datasheet of your sensor? It needs "9…30Vdc power supply"…

I meant, what kind of electrical input did you connect the mA output of the sensor to? What I was getting at was that your sensor has a 4-20 mA output so it needs to be connected to a mA input, not the voltage input on the NI-9232, and it also needs a power supply like GerdW mentioned.
