The Function of Pickering

Hi NI engineer

I'm a newer to use National Instrument.

I find some problems during my learning period.

At first, I wanna confirm the function of "Pickering", I try to get the anwser from NI website, but result is not good.

"Pickering" is a programmable Resister Module for simulating the sensor for control and management systems under test.

cause in our company, mainly produce kinds of thermostats, we need sensor to get the temperature, so i think "Pickering" will be used for sensor, is it right?

and how to work between"Pickering" and "Sensor"

           Actually, I am not sure if the explaintion of the Pickering module you got is correct or not, but I think that what you said "pickering" is a product of company "Pickering Interface"(http://www.pickeringtest.com). you can refer to the website for more details. thank you
