Time dependent current measurement using Keithley 2400

I ma trying to write a LabView program for current vs time at a fixed voltage for Keithley 2400. Can I measure at 1 millisecond or microsecond interval? How to measure current at fixed interval of time?

LabVIEW is a programming language.

In order to do measurements, you need data acquisition hardware that has LabVIEW drivers. The maximum speed is determined by the hardware.

AFAIK the Keithley2400 allows measurements in the millisecond range (when configured accordingly). Microsecond range isn't supported (again AFAIK). Please read the manual to verify what I have in mind…
