Unable to install labview 2012

I  am trying to install labview 2012 on my Windows 7 64 bit system,but it fails;

Here is symptom:

1) I click the setup.exe directly and it shows that:

2) if I run it with administrator, it shows that:

3) i have checked that I can run other exe file...

Hi Bestchun, 

It could be a corrupted installer file. Please try re-downloading the installer from ni.com/downloads.

I'll monitor this post, so reply if this doesn't work for you.

Hi, Thanks. It was caused by the windows 7 extracting tool. When I use WinRAR, it works.
