Unable to transfer data using DMA FIFO from Target to host

Hi,

I am trying to sample data and transfer it from the FPGA Target to host (cRIO-9022) using DMA FIFO. However, I think that this transfer is not working in my case. I will really appreciate if anyone can have a look at my code and point out the mistakes. I have used this code earlier on different cRIO and computer and it was working fine. However, with different cRIO ( but same model no) it is not working. I am using cRIO-9022 with FPGA chassis 9114.
