Unicode issue with RichTextBox when typing from keyboard

Hi, I'm typing from the keyboard in a RichTextBox and I'm getting strange characters. I turned Unicode support on and off in the ini file, it had no effect. Moreover, if you pass text through the Property node, the text is displayed correctly. Also, with Unicode enabled, I cannot rename, for example, labels in another language. With Unicode disabled they are renamed normally.

Other controls do not have this problem.

If I change the environment language, for example, to Times New Roman, and create a new RichTextBox control, then the text is typed normally for the new and old controls, I save this. But after rebooting Labview, strange characters are entered again in all RichTextBoxes. I've tried setting Times New Roman as the default for the application, front panel, and block diagram, but when restarting Labview it still produces strange characters.
