Unicode supportable VI title and 'Tip strips'

I need to know if VI title and tip strip supports Unicode characters?

Hi Moderator 1983:

You can try to access Unicode characters by tweaking the language settings of your host computer, the details of which can be found here

Please note that their are only certain unicode-only formats supported in windows, details can be found in the link (at the bottom of the page)
