Using Advantech's driver for LabVIEW

We are new to LabVIEW and we need to use Advantech's driver to our aplication that contains Advantech's 4000 series modules and ICP-CON's i-7000 series modules. But we aren't able to use this with the examples. Have anyone used it before to show us some examples?

letreca,

Advantech actually has their own set of LabVIEW drivers available on their site:

http://www.advantech.com

If you perform a search for LabVIEW then you will find some more information on how to acquire these drivers from Advantech.

As for ICP-Con's products I can only find a German and Australian website, neither of which list LabVIEW as a supported platform. You may want to contact the manufacturer to find out more. Hope that helps!

Thanks for your help but the problem is that we had already get these drivers, but we dont know how to use them. And we will be grateful if you could show us some example of the way to use them.

Thanks.

letreca,

Since National Instruments did not create those drivers then we really have no knowledge on how to use them. I have tried to download them but their website seems to be having some problems at the present. I would highly recommend contacting their support for questions on how to use those drivers...Sorry I can't be more of a help on this one!

Hi.

Sorry for chiming in on your old thread. I am planning to use ADAM 4000 series (AI and DIO). Its my first time to use Advantech products.

Were you able to know how to use Advantech Driver?

Thanks,

Hello Bong:

National Instruments does not have the driver on our website. However, if you have specific questions or errors, I may be able to help you.
