Using activex control in labview to create entity in SAMLight

Hi, i want to create a entity in the program SAMLight by using activeX control in Labview.

In SAMLight Doc. they use C# to do that. See the code below :

I ave try this in LABview but i cant find the ScCreateEntity and i dont know if what im doing is ok or even if it is posible?
