Using digital edge counting as a time source for a timed loop

Hi Kevin,

Here below is a part of data, The 3 flats are the interruption I observed. The data were read at different time stamps exactly as you mentioned. Time interval between consecutive readings are slightly different at approximately 20 milliseconds.  I want to remove the interruptions.

Sorry, but I really can't do anything with a picture of a graph.  I'm pretty close to my tipping point for dropping out of this thread now.   Maybe there's some good reason you aren't posting the code but without it, I can't usefully spend more time speculating.  Code and data are useful.  Pictures of graphs of data produced by code -- not so much.
