VI Reference's after Build With App. Builder

After building my application with application explorer I'm just wondering about some of my VI references.

There are 2 subvi's I run via path location (so that I can get an array of control names), after I build it though, all I will have is an .exe file.

Will these paths still be relevant in the build? Does the .exe need to be placed in some specially made directory on the target pc?

The paths will no longer be relevant if you incluse the VI's in your executable file. If they are only dynamically called add them as dynamic VI's.
