Website browser control could not be loaded in LabVIEW 8.5.1

Hi Everyone,

I am using LabVIEW 8.5.1......Recently i started facing problem with ActivX controls...When i place a web browser or month calender on the front panel..there is a message displayed in th middle of the control saying that "Control could not be loaded"....This even affecting the builds am making on this PC....

what could be going wrong!!!!!!! plz help me out.........

Hi Anil,

This problem has to do with the ActiveX control not being properly linked to the palette. Please refer to this KnowledgeBase for an explanation of how to fix this problem. Please post again if this does not solve the problem.

hii....i am using LabVIEW8.5.1 version. I want to control the instrument from the remote place so i am using the remote front panel by web publishing tool but

i am getting the error as "Requested vi is not loaded into memory on the server computer" on the client PC. I turned off the firewall, installed runtime engine

on the client but still it is not working. So plzz give me the solution for this problem.

Mahii do you have labVIEW runtime engine installed in your systems if not you have to install it. It is free on www.ni.com

download and install.Might helpful.

Hii....thank you for giving the reply....i had already installed the runtime engine. It is opening in the client when the program is opened in the server computer

but now the problem is there is no control from client. I want to control and conduct the experiment from client PC but in the client the front panel is showing

but all the options are disabled. So please kindly reply for this problem........

Hii....thank you for giving reply. My problem has been solved. I want to design the virtual program of temperature process control with heat exchanger

using the LabVIEW. Is it possible to do that? if yes how i can proceed for that ? Is there any option for the heat exchanger,valves,pipes etc in the labview ?

I am not getting the whole idea kindly expalin in detail....what exactly virtualy you mean ....in this case.

I mean to say that there wont be any physical equipment. I want to simulate that physical equipment in the labview i.e. virtually. In detail.... i have one

equipment for temperature process control with heat exchanger i have studied its characteristics and all........now i want to simulate r design that equipment

in labview.  Which is nothing but like virtual instrument. I want to design virtual instrument r equipment............
