Thank you very much Salam for your reply.Sad to know that your Newport meter didn't work.But hope you are doing good with your Thorlabs power meter.

Hi YBU, I had the same problem, I wonder it is the fault of the driver usb.dll.   Can I ask why you had to give up the newport power meter? They cannot figure the problem ? I have borrow a 2936-R from them to look into the problem. Could you give me any susgestions? Thank you !
