Why ni488225.exe won't install the Language Support folder on my laptop?

I am trying to install ni488225.exe on my Vista OS laptop.  Usually the driver will install the Language Support folder so that you can include the .h and link the .obj file to your program.  But for some reason, after running the ni488225.exe driver, it won't install the folder.

Has this happened previously with ni488225.exe on any system or are you facing this only after installing it on your Vista OS laptop?

I installed on my WindowXP but everything was fine.  I am moving my codes over the Vista based laptop. 

I tried to uninstal and reinstall the driver but for some reason, it won't install the Language Support folder.

What I am doing now is just copy over the Support Folder from my XP laptop into my new Vista based laptop.

Good Afternoon WestRace,

I installed ni488225.exe on a clean image of Vista 32 Business.  I attached a screenshot of the results of a search I ran for "language support."  It appears to have installed the files about which you inquired.  Do you have any other Vista machines on which you could install this driver?
