Why we cant detect RT(PXIe8840) in Labview

Option is not available to add RT Target in Labview and also not able to deploy .vi model. Please let us know which package or software need to install for this or what is the reason for this problem. Please find attached images for your Reference.these are the software or packages we have installed on systemnot able to find RT Target to add PXI system
