We are using LabVIEW 2013 Full on a Windows 7 Professional (64 bit) workstation. We generally use the 32 bit version of LabVIEW so legacy COM Port devices do not need to be interpreted by SysWOW64. Running only the application builder *.exe we created I see in the Windows Event Viewer that beginning at midnight every single day 598 information records under Windows Logs ==> Application listed as information, event 1035. ~14 times per second the MsiInstaller is re-configuring a LabVIEW associated product. This produces about 598 records per day.
Our WIndows 7 OS and LabVIEW 2013 are up to date with Windows and NI.
This also happens on my Windows 8.1 laptop, same version of LabVIEW.
Does anyone know why this is happening and how to stop it?

Not sure if this is the problem, but it seems related:
I don't get the solution (or the problem) after glancing over the text.

It seems to be a general problem (not related to just LabVIEW):
