With only one network card, can I perform multiple communications through OPC and TCP at the same time?

On a computer, there is only one network card. In a local area network, can I use both OPC and TCP protocols for two types of communication with the other two devices? Will it affect? (The IP address of this computer is 192.168.0.1, the other two IP addresses are 192.168.0.2 and 192.168.0.3 respectively)

Of course!

The vast majority of PC's in the world are only using 1 network card.  Yet when you go out on the internet, you are using 100's if not 1000's of different internet ports and protocols to communicate with various websites and web services simultaneously.

Let me put it this way:  For testing of a single UUT, I am using multiple TCP connections for both Telnet and SSH interfaces.  All that is over a single port.
