Should be everything you need.

Don't even have to download it unless you want to make sure you have the latest. The 34401 driver has shipped with LabVIEW for as long as I can remember. Look on the Instrument I/O>Instrument Drivers palette. For an example, open the Example Finder.

The drivers that shipped with LabVIEW aren't doing it for you?

sorry guys, figured it out, apparently labview has the VISA Vis and GPIB Vis built in so all you have to do is drop and place and populate the i/o of the vi's.... its so misleading when instrument manufacturers give you different languages to use, and the interface module recommends using VISA. got me all confused, but the drivers indeed through NI do work for non-NI equipment!! Thank you!!!

Why would you be using the VISA and GPIB functions? Use the complete instrument driver for it.
