arduino - connection only works once?

Hi ..

I have followed and done everything regarding connection of my Arduino UNO to Labview ..

- I got it to work two times, and both of them are after restarting my computer..

I am trying with a simple LED program, and the LED light up fine, but when I stop the program and starts it again, only the RX light is blinking for 10-15 sec, and no matter what I do nothing is working?

I have tried to Google everything, and tried with different bauds, but nothing seems to work.

I am using Labview 2013, and the LIFA_base ..

Please help?

Try showing us your LabVIEW code.

Here is my Labview code attached ..
- just a simple one to see if it works ..

Just 5 minutes ago it worked and both TX and RX are blinking, and I can control digital output to a LED.

BUT .. When i disconnect and connect again, same error like discribed above..
