Solved!

I need to work on a BridgeVIEW code I was provided with. Unfortunately I do not have the environment password and I need to edit the BV tags. Is there a way to erase/retrieve this password?

Thank you for your help.

Unless you are interested in bying viagra, don't put you're email address in a post!

Use something descriptive, so a human can understan it, but a computer (web crawler) can't:

lupia_hernandez at "remove this to avoid spam" amat dot "remove this too" com

Hi,

I urgently need to recover the BridgeVIEW login password for another

application. I need to reset the password for the existing account and/or create an admin

account to add users.

Thanks.

Hello Lupita,

Unfortunately NI no longer supports the BridgeVIEW product family, but we are looking into a solution for you. What happened when Nick R sent you an email back in 2007? Did he send you some kind of code, or talk about deleting a file? Did he recommend reinstalling BridgeVIEW?

If you feel comfortable losing your configuration information, NI recommends a reinstall of your BridgeVIEW software. If you are going to lose the configuration either way, we recommend an upgrade to the LabVIEW DSC Module. This way you can use the latest operating systems with your setup.

Please post back with this information, and the results of your reinstall. Thanks!

Lupita,

I have the instructions for how to get you back up and running with your BridgeVIEW application.  If you could respond to the email I sent to you that would be great.

Hi Jared,

Could you please forward the notes to me at

bar@DSAutomation.com

?

I still have a customer that has a buisness running on a BridgeVIEW application and I'd like to save a copy of that information in my company KB, "just in case".

Thank you,
