cDAQ connection output should be ON without network

Hello,

i want my cDAQ output to be ON even if i unplug the network cable from my LabVIEW computer and again connect it.

Right now, what happening is my DAQ output is getting OFF when i unplug the Network cable from my computer, and it will restart if i connect the cable again.

I want it to be continuous ON even if my computer network cable in unplugged!!

Is it possible??

if yes then please let me know how to do it

I guess the answer is found in the manual of your cDAQ and the module you use in this cDAQ chassis…

(You forgot to provide any specific information on your hardware!)

These are two chassis, but no modules!

The chassis specs mention "Module IO states on power-up" as "depending on modules".

(When you disconnect the Ethernet communication the device probably goes to "power-up" state…)

Generic answer: when you need some "Safety" feature in your testbench then you should implement this using some hardware instead of relying on software features.
