I am working on a project, which uses CAN, I/O ports for sensor. I am planning to buy 'compactDAQ' for this.

I want to know whether:-

1. cDAQ can be programmed with Labview, and can it be used without a laptop/PC support, after programming it(i.e.. once program is burned in it, will it still need a laptop/PC support to execute the program)?

2. Can cDAQ log data within it, so that after completion of task, I can connect it to PC and get the results?

If not, then please suggest me other NI product which can do these.

Hi abcd18121991,

  CDAQ or NI COmpact Daq is not a programmable device,it is a compact data acquisition hardware over USB.

  Please call any NI Application Engineer or go through the Manuals to get a more knowledge over it.
