cRIO9053 without access

Hello everyone

I have a little problem with one of my cRIO. I have the connection with the cRIO ok, the RT and the webserver it's ok like we can see in the image below.

When i go to MAX the cRIO appears disconnected:

When i try to connect via webserver, i can connect to it, but i can't get the configurations (only IP and DNS) and when i go to webDAV it causes the following error:

The only way i can find to get the files and explore the cRIO it's by adding a network connection in the folders from my PC and explore via windows explorer.

Any idea why this behaviour? Any idea to fix it?
