cRio ftp server closing connection

Hello,

I have a cRIO with a datalogger Vi running on it. That Vi creates files where the data is stored.

I use FTP to get the files and worked fine withing our LAN. The problem arise when I want to get the files with the cRIO connected to internet with a GPRS modem.

I can download small files ( up to 60Kb ), but if I want to download a bigger file I get an error "Connection Closed by the Server". To see that error I used Filezilla Client FTP.

Anybody know what could be happening?

Using:

Hardware: Controller cRIO-9012,  Chasis cRIO-9101 and Module NI-9215

Software: Developer Suite 8.6.0

A little more information....

I had make some test:

1- I installed an ftp server in a PC (CesarFTP) connected to internet by the GPRS modem. Then I could download files, much bigger than 60Kb, without problems.

2- I putted the cRIO in Safe Mode and I could download files, much bigger than 60Kb, without any problems too.

Hi Juan,

To solve this issue it was necessary update an file and then sent it to customer.
