camera file for MC1362

Dear all,

I use a "Mikrotron MC1362 camera" under LabVIEW. The problem is that Mikrotron MC1362 camera is

not supported by National Instruments, i.e. no specific camra-file is offered by NI for this type of camera.

Consequentely, I have to modify the camera-file for MC1302 camera to make it compatible for the MC1362.

Could anybody let me know, how I can make this modification?

Modifying camera files are a pit of a pain but they are essentially a text file with a .ini like format.  The way I did this was to start with a similar camera and the 2 camera manual and compare the values for each parameter and modify the ones that have changed.  I thinks there as some sort of utility for creating new files but I never got this to work.  Also you can contact the seller of this camera they might have a camera file that they have previously used.

thank you for your post on our webforum. You can use the camera file generator NI Camera File generator . I came across two post where the camera file of the MC 1310 was used; first discussion , second discussion .

This camera file theoretically works for both the 1362 and 1363.
