Mass compile your vi.lib folder. Once you fix all broken vi's your project should be runnable. There is a downloadable SP1 for 2011 that addresses icon issue (if thats the concern). Fixing the broken VI's could be a simple control value or an incompatible wire connection. 2010SP1/2011 is a new compiler. Dynamic VI are always required "include" if used in the exe, its likely you have broken VI that were changed or different due to superceded FP control connections in 2011.
