Is there any way to change the angle an indicator is displayed at on the front panel of a vi?? Under Numeric Controls> Fill Slide. I'd like to rotate that slider to a 22 degree, 45 degree etc angle. I looked at "ctl" info. That wasn't much help. I want to replace each of the numbers on the face of a clock w a single slide indicator on a front panel vi.
Thanks,
Clint.

Clint,
no, you cannot rotate controls in the way you request.
I am not sure about the background of your question, but i think that this link might be of interest for you....
hope this helps,

Thanks! I've been looking at some ( some what similar ) examples in the Discss Grp. Not exactly what I want but maybe I can modify. Its the Radar.vi one. What I wanted to do was a fancy display like the one in a very well known mapping program on the web. When you submit your request for directions a display popus up to let you know its "LOADING". There are slider bars in a clock formation that light up as it goes around the circle to let you know the system is busy. Thats what I was trying to do. I had a little extra time on a project and I wanted to get a little fancy. Thought I could try out my LV expertise w a little help.
Thanks
BTW The "changing text size" was the wrong subject.

A link would be helpful for us to see what you are up to.
But talking about Radar, you might be interested in this. (draw radar.vi posted by Troy K.)

This could be an animated gif. Maybe you find one fitting your needs in the internet. But please note that there may be some copyrights on those gifs......
