Hi Folks,
For a Quadrocopter project I am trying to design my own cockpit. The most difficult challenge was the customizing of the needles for the gauges but ... i got it. Attached you will find my vertical speed indicator as a working example (LV10 VerticalSpeedGauge.vi). What do you mean? Every comment or improvments are highly appreciated. Also attached you will find a picture of my whole working cockpit instrument panel.
have fun ...
Best Regards
Carsten

These look great Carsten. Might I suggest you also post these to the User Interface comunity group, it would be most welcome 🙂
Edit: Ah, my mistake, I see you've already done that. Great work!

Hi Carsten,
These instruments look great! Would you be willing to share the altimeter indicator vi as well?
Thank you,
Peter

Hi Peter,
for sure ... what do you plan to do with this? Just for my interest. I use the whole cockpit gauges with a quadrocopter electronic including GPS module and everything works like in a real plane glass cockpit. I have tested it in a Cessna of a friend of mine ... works great.
... have fun

I plan on using it's graphics for a ground station display for a UAV. Thanks a lot for uploading it. One small request still though, could you rreupload it in 2011 LV format? Unforunately I only have LabVIEW 2011 avaiable to me.
Thanks,
Peter

Wow this is some very neat work. I don't have a use for it but thank you for sharing. I always love seeing picture controls being used for custom controls.
