digital output timing (mS)

Hi,

I am looking to develop a program that generates digital outputs with precise timing between highs and lows states. The timing between each state change would be in the range of 5ms to 0.1ms. what's the best method to get accurate timing for this? I'm looking to use a PXI controller to control the program. 

I have attached the VI below. I have not yet put in the timing for each sequence but there would be a different delay on each frame.

Use some hardware that is capable to output digital waveforms with atleast 10kHz samplerate.

Then the hardware will provide the "precise timing"…
