.dll file only included if referenced not all the time

As stated above, Windows 10, LabVIEW 2021 SP1 64-bit was used for creation.

It did not come with the brand new Windows 11 system we have. Nor did it come through a patch or update since.

It is also a common problem based on my google searches. I need my program to install the .dll files if they are not installed regardless due to the final purpose of this program.

I have gone through the computer extensively and none of these .dll files are present in any manner. Hidden files, locked files, etc... were all checked.

Those 2 dlls are essential to Windows.  It's hard to believe they are not exist.

They are on my brand new Windows 11.

That is the operating system the program will need to run on per company protocol. Several programs install the missing .dll files, but each distribution of this program will be on a fresh image.

If you have any ideas how to install the .dll files using the LabVIEW distribution please let me know. Unfortunately, other solutions such as directly installing the windows .dll files are not available for me to try at this time.

yes, I found this. I cannot do this on the company computer. None the less, this does not solve the .dll issues for the NI files.

Do you get an error for NI dll not found?

Which Vision toolkit did you installed?

No error notifications of any sort.

On Windows 11, I get a pop-up window asking me to find the .dll files. In windows 10, I have zero problems with the program. No NI software was installed on the Windows 11 computer, so it is completely uncontaminated.

I am running Vision Assistant 2021 64 bit.
