error while opening the findexample finder

Hi Everyone,

Today, When I open the FindExample Finder, An error occurs containing some information with a report. I have no idea what to do to solve this problem.

I use Labview 2019 32-bit version. A screenshot related to this problem and system properties is as attached.

I'd try the steps in the KBs below. The exact error message isn't the same but it's a good place to start.

I examined both solution step by step. However, I haven't got solution of this error although I tried many answers on other websites. I guess I need to send an email to NI. Thanks for your helping anyway.
