exe doesn't run crash with debug

I'm using appbuilder to create an exe. I've done many successful builds but this one has me stumped. This app will run fine in the IDE but the exe will only run on certain machines. All of my machnines are Win7 64 Enterprise.

Without debug the app looks like the does not run attachment.

after hitting the X i get the Crash reporter one.

If I do a build with Debug and wait for debugger I get. The same crash report dialog without the blank opening screen.

Where do I go from here?
