fft

Hi

I am attaching this vi which gives me the FT of two signals. Two queries:-

Why is it showing such a high amplitude at 0 when there is no DC component in both cases,

Why is it not giving me a  two sided spectrum, i.e; can I display it from -512 to 512 rather than 0 to 1024

If you convert your signal to a U32 array you must have a DC offset 😉

For the FFT output: A right click on the vi, select HELP, might show you, that the boolean input 'shift?' solve the second question 🙂
