I did it easly with DAQAsisstent. How can I do it by using DAQmx functions?

Open the example finder and look for all those DAQmx example VIs!

Did you already read this article?

Did you examine these examples?

Which part are you interested in and what is missing in the example VIs?

Don't forget that you can also convert your DAQ ASSistant to DAQmx code after you get it set up.  Right-click and you will find options to open its front panel or convert it to DAQmx.  It's a good way to transition into real DAQmx code as you're learning.
