I download a exercices from Ni  the extension of the exercise is .gvi but i can't open it with labview 2017?

.gvi opens with NXG.

Obviously, you were on a page with exercises for LabVIEW NXG, so look for a similar page for classic LabVIEW. There probably is.

It helps to be specific. Show us the link where you downloaded the exercise. Do you still have that?

The problem you will run into is that the LabVIEW Core 1 exercises and examples are in LabVIEW 2019.  So somebody needs to down convert for earlier versions to read it.
