hebrew looks gibberish

Solved!
Go to solution

This seems such a common problem but I can't find any solution.

When typing text in Hebrew it looks like gibberish.

  1. I am using windows 10
  2. Labview 2015
  3. my system local is set to Hebrew
  4. I do not have this problem on any other program (used to have it in "Notepad", but after I have changes system local to Hebrew - it was solved)
  5. I do not see this behaviour on another computer with similar parameters (win10+LV2015+system local set to Hebrew)
  6. Several years ago I had a similar problem with labview 6. it was solved by a service pack released by NI - I hope this is not the case for the present...

LabVIEW comes in a (limited) variety of language-specific Versions.  I haven't noted Hebrew among them -- you might contact your local NI Representative and ask about this -- surely they have an office in Israel ...

Thanks for the reply.

Apparently the story is repeating itself.

I have installed SP1 for Labview 2015 - and the problem was solved...

Great -- mark your last Post as the Solution (you are the only one who can do that) so the next person with the same question can go right to the answer!
