how to change windows wallpaper

I am looking for a solution in order to change windows wallpaper in a VI.

Is anyone have an idea? A library to use?

Here is a link to C# code written that calls a WinAPI function.  I cannot confirm it, as I don't have LV on this PC, but saw several mentions of this function when I Googled it.
