Which 3rd party software you are using for USB to UART bridge i.e. usb to DB9 conversion ?
Are you sure that is configured properly ?

It has nothing to do with the hardware, crossrulz is trying to tell you this: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/49D72E8658F6AEE48625758A00710BB4

Hi .aCe.
It has to do. when usb to serial software is installed then it will assign the usb to one com port like com3, com4 etc. I just want to assure this is first.

I was just trying to re-iterate what crossrulz was saying that's all. So you may never get and equal condition.

these are two conditions to be drawn in the same graph. So the values in graph have to continue , when one of the given cases is true. Thus only one basic serail write and read I can use. So the write should not work when both of this condition is false when one of it is true, (=0.01) the write should take +500 and the same write have to write -500, when the condition is equal to -0.01 , is it possible.
