This is a fairly sophisticated problem for LabVIEW Vision. My advice is to spend a few weeks becoming skilled in programming LabVIEW Vision (study as many examples as you can, view all the Tutorials you can find, try to set up simple tasks and carry out the programming "from scratch", without referring to the examples). When you feel you are ready to tackle something more challenging, look (and study) the examples that deal with Object Tracking.
Unless you have a pretty good grasp of the fundamentals of LabVIEW + the fundamentals of NI Vision (which follows its own model), you are really going to struggle trying to do this on your own.
