including plain-text writing onto wavefrom charts

hello everyone

kindly, can any body tell me how to include a palin-text writing onto a waveform chart or any type of graphs, 1D,2D or even 3D coordinates?

please notice, that writing words over graphs panels, are widely used to depict (indicate) things about specific info included in the graph. and i have seen many Labview VI including text onto their graphs panels for illustration purposes.
