Yes - there are examples for NI Vision (the LabVIEW vision/image processing toolkit) in the example finder.

Do you know if your camera is supported? What sort of connection is it?

Once you have NI Vision installed, see if it appears in MAX and see if you can capture images from it. If you can, then it's supported and you can try it with one of the examples from the example finder.

Hi Dally,

your question is indipendent by the label of the camera. It's important just the kind of communication you have between your device and the PC. Using USB you can download IMAQdx and then you'll find all the examples you need.

Have a nice day!

Bye

Have you installed the NI Vision toolkit/IMAQdx drivers? It is possible that your camera isn't supported, but you should check you have the drivers etc. installed first. You could also contact the manufacturer to see if the camera is supported - maybe they have some LabVIEW examples you can use.

Hello there 3 years later. These cameras have a proprietary interface (based on libusb) and are not supported by IMAQ(dx). Coneveniently, they sell an SDK with wrapper dlls and everything and then it should work without IMAQ.
