Can you enable the MSI and cURL logs as is shown in this KB, and then try and re-run the installation? Once you've done that, can you send me the Package Manager Logs directory (%localAppData%\National Instruments\NI Package Manager\Logs)? Feel free to direct message with those logs if that would work better for you.
