I have a RIGOL signal generator and want to use LABVIEW to control it. When I open NI MAX to debug it, it always reports an error (Hex 0xBFFF0015). Have you encountered such a problem?

What command did you send in the NI-VISA Interactive Panel in NI MAX?

You can search in Instrument Driver Network (IDNet) for a library for that instrument.

Who knows?  You'll have to supply a much better description of the "troubleshooting" part.  What did you try to send?  Is this instrument SCPI compliant?
