lvrt.dll error

I've been doing more testing cannot figure out the issue. I does reliable crash at around the same point every time. There is nothing specific that it is doing at that point it basically runs a loop over and over. I have attached the vi.

Also the as a VI the program gets no errors, only after I create an executable that the LVRT.dll becomes a problem. This leads me to believe there is a issue with either the Application Builder or more likely the Run-Time Engine. I'm using labview 2010.

I have never modified the default setting of DEP and got no crashes that seem to be related to it until now.  Let me add: I am a "frequent creator of LabVIEW applications" and run them for hours before I distribute ...

As DEP (in general) is a good feature, does anyone have a good justification why I should turn it off?
