Actually, I am trying to run the code but give me an error state that error -200479 occured at DAQms start as can be seem in atached file.

The error message tells what needs to be done. First note that both DAQ tasks are set to continuous samples. A task that is set to continuous samples is done when? - When all the samples have been processed. When is that for continuous samples? Never. So I think you need to remove the Start Task VI in the event structure. These are the kinds of mistakes which occur because I do not have DAQmx and cannot test things.

Hi Lynn, 

I have removed the stsrat task in the event structure. However, i still get an error state that Error -200292 occurred at Synchronized AI and AO FRF_New (2).3 (1).vi, as can be ssen in attached file.

Now you are getting into areas where I have no experience. Perhaps someone else will step in with suggestions.
