PLEASE do not upload bitmaps by changing the extension to get them past the upload filter. There's a very good reason why bitmaps are not allowed. They're HUGE.

That said, how do you know they're missing? Is the VI broken? Are there broken wires? If not, they may simply be hidden. If so, find the terminal on the block diagram, right-click and select Show Control.

Hello,

Excuse me they are actually indicators, however, they are already selected as shown, the problems is that if you take a look at the first pic, it shows all of them and in the second one not.

There are no errors on the VI that is why I think it should be something simple that I am not seeing, I am attaching a pic of the terminal that is supposed to be the one for all of them

What happens if you double-click the terminal?

Have you tried right-clicking the terminal and select "show control|indicator?

Is this a graph?

You seem to have the new style cursor palette in the new image.

The second picture clearly shows the cursor palette. I don't recognize the palette shown in the first picture. It sort of looks like scale legend, but I've not seen it looking like that. It might be easier to identify if you upload the actual VI.

I think the old one is also the cursor palette, but from a very old VI before the significant redesign that took place quite a few versions ago.

Yup, that makes sense. Just launched LabVIEW 7.1 on my virtual machine, and the first picture is what the cursor legend looked like in that version. The second picture is obviously what it looks like in the 8.x versions of LabVIEW.

So, the bottom line is that there are no missing controls. Just a redesigned cursor legend.

Again apologies to everybody, I should clarify the versions used:

For the one "complete" or with all the cursors it was done with LabVIEW 6i in 2000.

For the one that is "missing the cursors it is being improved with LabVIEW 8.6.1.

how should I proceed for the cursor redesign? do I need to load the .vi?

please let me know thanks.

You misunderstood. Both images show the cursor legend. There's nothing missing. The look of the cursor legend was redesigned in LabVIEW 8. When you loaded the VI in LabVIEW 8.6 it automatically updated the cursor legend.

thanks, but then how do I do, so it look similar to the old version, as the redesigned one does not have the option to select the markers.
