Are you talking about this ATEasy?

That would be a 3rd party test sequencer and I guess it would be a rather tough job to convert the whole test sequence to LabVIEW…

What is it you try to do? ATEasy looks a lot like TestStand (but I doubt they support importing each others test sequences 😁)

Porting an ATEasy test sequence to LabVIEW is most likely an exercise in frustration. Reimplementing it in TestStand would be the more logical path but a lot of work.
